Ben Wegmann is a realtor for Rogers Healy & Associates and is known on Twitter as “The People’s Realtor”. While most realtors simply post a few pictures of houses they’re marketing onto their social media, 23-year-old Wegmann does tours on Snapchat with your favorite Drake song playing in the background.   He uses Twitter to post different styles of homes which gain retweets accompanied by replies like: “welp, time to move to Dallas”, “dream home” or “my life goal is to buy a home from Ben”.  He’s closed homes for New York Jets’ Jamal Adams and Dallas Cowboy’s Xavier Woods. Although the average age of a realtor is 40+, Ben Wegmann combines his millennial tactics and realtor knowledge to appeal to his young followers
