Whole Foods Market Presents the Dallas Observer Iron Fork, a grand tasting event that will take place on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Centennial Hall at Fair Park.

The center stage will feature the Chef Challenge Moderated by Restaurateur Kent Rathbun. Jermain Brown of Julia Pearl Southern Cuisine and Oliver Sitrin of The blind butcher will receive a basket of ingredients and will go head to head for the prestigious Iron Fork award. During the event, attendees will enjoy the chef challenge, tastings from local restaurants, alongside wine, beer and cocktail samplings.

Iron Fork 2016 is brought to you by Whole Foods Market, Alaskan Brewing Co., Sparkling Ice, Premier Grilling and Barefoot Wine & Bubbly.
