Evernote: Create a project to-do list. Jot down a reminder. Or snap a picture of a sketch. A note can be anything you want it to be. Capture a note once, and it’s instantly available on all your devices. Whether it’s text, images or documents, you keep things for a reason. That’s why Evernote makes sure the notes you’ve saved are easy to find. You can even search for handwritten words buried deep within your notes. We’ll sync everything between your phone, tablet, and computer, automatically, so sharing is made easy.

Self Control: [MACBOOK only app] Perhaps your problem is you’re spending too much time on apps and websites. Enter: Self Control, a Mac app that blocks distracting sites so you can actually get work done. Just tell the app which sites to block and for how long and voila! You’ll be amazed at how much you can accomplish when you’re FORCED to focus.

Doodle: Must have for Committee Meetings, Group projects, and team meetings. With Doodle, there’ll be no more dawdling over when to meet up or reserve the conference room. The app simplifies group scheduling by making it easy to propose times, invite users, and connect to your online calendars.

Slack: After you synchronize your group’s availability then start strategizing on Slack. It’s All your team communication in one place. A new way to get more done, spend less time in meetings and reduce email. The app lets you create discussion channels based on a topic, message the group as a whole, and send direct messages to team members. If you’re working with documents on Google Drive, Slack will ask if you’d like them imported to share with your team. The app also syncs with cloud storage services like Dropbox to make file sharing easier.

Wunderlist: Wunderlist is a simple to-do list and task manager app that helps you get stuff done. Whether you’re sharing a grocery list with a loved one, working on a project, or planning a vacation, Wunderlist makes it easy to capture, share and complete your to-dos. Wunderlist instantly syncs between your phone, tablet and computer, so you can access your to-dos from anywhere.

TurboScan: This handy app allows you to take pics of documents with your smart phone and then turn them into PDFs or jpegs. Gone are the days for storing heaps of hard-copy receipts, contracts, and other paperwork.

Square Cash – Pay your friends instantly, and cash out to your bank for FREE! Standard deposits show up the very next business day. You can even spend directly from the app with a built-in Visa virtual card number.

Mint: This app helps you keep an eye on your hard-earned money. Monitor multiple bank accounts and investments all in one place. You can use it to set spending limits for categories and it will even alert you when you’re coming close or you went over. Plus, the app helps you pay bills on time and budget for big expenses. The app helps you set up and stick to your budget by linking to your bank accounts, so you can see how you’re spending (and how much you should be saving) in real time.

Boomerang helps schedule those emails for early in the morning. They can also help queue important emails that must go out on specific dates, a tool that’s perfect for most fields.
