We are also very social creatures.  If work has made your schedules too full, start planning far in advance. Even just the knowledge that you will have a big get-together soon can boost your mood, and, when the time does come to all hang out, you can have a great time together.

Having fun is a critical component to a satisfying, fulfilling life. It is how you can break through a mundane routine and allow yourself to have exciting things to look forward to every day and every week.
