WHAT UP! WHAT UP! WHAT UP! It’s your boy ET! Look, the last few weeks we’ve been talking about changing your circle of influence. Who are you hanging with? Who are the people influencing your decisions? Who are letting into your world? I told you, once I changed my network, once I changed my circle of influence my life went to another level. I left out an important step though. My circle of influence grew once I changed my environment. Your environment plays an integral role in your success. Why? Two reasons. A change in environment will EXPOSE you to new information and new EXPECTATIONS will force you out of your comfort zone.
It’s difficult to give up GOOD for GREAT. Most people are satisfied with good. I was doing GOOD when I lived in Alabama. We had a nice house. I was speaking and doing very well, but I wanted MORE. This led me to Michigan State, where I eventually met CJ and Karl and the rest is history. All of this happened when I decided to give up GOOD for GREAT and change my environment. You will never have all the answers, it’ll never be the perfect time to start.
You will eventually need to step out on faith and start. Change your ENVIRONMENT. Get rid of people who aren’t PUSHING YOU TO GROW and surround yourself with GREATNESS. It’s your boy ET! If it was easy, everybody would do it. See you next week! Make the rest of your life, the best of your life.
