Big K.R.I.T ‘s drops 12FOR12 project with unconventional release method

So this morning, Big K.R.I.T announced that he would be dropping a freestyle an hour for his #12FOR12 project. As of right now, the Mississippi native has dropped 4 of the 12 tracks. So far, Krizzle has given us his take of School Boy Q’s “That Part”, Pusha T’s “Drug Dealers Anonymous”, French Montana’s “Lock Jaw” and Drake’s “Hype”.

Based on the 4 that have been released so far, it’s safe to say that Big K.R.I.T is coming just how we’d expect him to; with his A-game. This was clearly the goal considering that each track’s cover art resembles the trading cards of great sports players like Joe Namath, Michael Jordan and John Stockton. A couple track’s in and there are already multiple attention catching lines.

Big K.R,I.T’s name is often mentioned when speaking of those who take the path less traveled and his approach to releasing this project certainly lives up to that. The tracks are being added to the #12FOR12 playlist on K.R.I.T’s Soundcloud page every hour, so stay tuned for the rest of the project, which will be complete at midnight.
