As promised, Rae Sremmurd dropped three new singles from their upcoming project, SR3MM, Wednesday at midnight.
“Powerglide” samples Three 6 Mafia’s 2006 song “Side 2 Side,” and features Mafia group member Juicy J, whereas “Hurt To Look” is a Swae Lee solo release featuring Rae Sremmurd.
His brother Slim Jxmmi takes the lead on “Brxnks Truck” featuring Rae Sremmurd. All the songs were recorded with their long time collaborator, Mike WiLL Made-It.
They tweeted, “SR3MM Season has arrived, available on all platforms.”
All three songs are from their upcoming three-part album, consisting of a group project, and two solo releases: Rae Sremmurd’s Rae Sremmurd, Swae Lee’s Swaecation and Slim Jxmmi’s Jxmtro.
SR3MM is the follow-up to SremmLife 2, their 2016 multi-platinum album that spun off the #1 hit “Black Beatles,” featuring Gucci Mane.
