Food is also essential. Having a balanced diet will help you to get all the vitamins and nutrients that you need. Ask for, or sought out help
If you are struggling, ask for help. There is never any shame in it, and there will always be somebody who can help you. You can go to your doctor, or get help from a therapist. Another practice that you could start is to keep a gratitude journal. This involves writing down a number of positive things that you see every day to help you to acknowledge the good things no matter how bad your day was. It can also be a good thing to look back on in the future
