Cardi B, the regular-shmegular girl from the Bronx, finally landed her first major fashion collaboration with Steve Madden. For the holiday season, the 25-year-old hip-hop artist curated her favorite shoe styles from the footwear brand, which she showcases in a video series called “Daily Tips With Cardi B,” packed with style advice from the rapper herself. Though the announcement was made official on Wednesday, rumors swirled that a collaboration was possibly in the works back in September, and Madden himself confirmed the news in November.
“I’m so excited to be collaborating with one of my all-time favorite shoe designers! As a little girl I would die for a pair of Steve Madden shoes, now I’m working with him! It’s really a dream come true,” said Cardi B in an official statement.
