It looks like the two New York MC’s are going to keep this thing going. Joey Bada$$ recently visited Sway In The Morning and there’s no way Sway would let the rapper leave with out a freestyle. Joey took this time to address Troy Ave’s “Bad Ass”.
Joey addresses Ave’s mention of his absence in the club, record sales and the rancorous lines about Capital Steez’s suicide. Although the shock value may have been exactly what the rapper was looking for, Troy Ave caught a lot of flack for the low blow.
As of yet, this rap beef is still being fought with lyrics with minimal social media bickering. There’s a good chance a response from Troy Ave is soon to come.
