The Chamber Annual Awards Banquet will be held October 21st at the Fairmont Hotel Dallas. The highlight of the event is the presentation of the Thomas L. Houston Community Service Award, established in 1985 to honor individuals who have made significant volunteer contributions to the civic enhancement of the Dallas African American Community.
