Justine Skye is the latest addition to the Roc Nation roster, she announced today (March 24).
Jay Z’s Roc Nation signed the singer, who has worked with Tyga and fellow Roc Nation artistVic Mensa. Skye also was one of many to do a cover of Fetty Wap’s “Trap Queen.” She released the Emotionally Unavailable EP in December.
Previously signed to Atlantic Records, Skye has released two official EPs, most recentlyEmotionally Unavailable, which featured the collaboration with Mensa as well as “Bandit,” which made considerable noise last summer. Skye, a native of Brooklyn, also announced the signing on her Twitter account early this morning, following an interview with Hot 97’s Ebro in the Morning, which you can watch below.
