Don’t allow stressors to drain your joy. Only give energy to what deserves your energy. Each day you have to invite goodness into your life. What you choose to do dwell on in the morning has the power to have a lasting affect throughout the remainder of the day.
- Create a Morning Routine
Write down and hash out a personal morning routine for yourself. Then, execute it each day for at least 21 days to form your habit. Incorporate your favorite inspirational song, morning coffee, a beat face, light a candle, drink your favorite tea or even your favorite breakfast meal. Give yourself plenty of time in the morning so that you will feel completely ready for the day.
